1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Greatr ("the Service"), operated by Greatzern Consulting ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Greatr is a professional services ERP platform that provides project management, time tracking, invoicing, client portals, and team collaboration tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You may not upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service's operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Greatzern Consulting and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of your data. We do not claim ownership of the content you upload to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greatzern Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
